Watermelon Feta Salad

2 cups washed mixed baby greens
2 cups cubed watermelon
1 cup large black pitted olives
1/2 cup low fat feta cheese
1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
4-6 Pepperoncini Peppers

Toss all together gently as the baby greens are very very tender.
Drizzle with 2 teaspoons your favorite vinaigrette

Mmmmmmmmmmm, looks yummy doesn't it?

4 pounds bay scallops
3 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
1/4 cup sherry cooking wine
1/4 GrapeOla

Heat sherry and GrapeOla together in skillet over medium heat.
Toss Scallops and Old Bay (use more if needed) together then place in skillet. Most people say they're done when the scallops are opaque, however I prefer to cook them until they have the same consistency of well done chicken.
